Notable Transactions

Crosier Seminary, Onamia, MN – This was the sale of an 95,400 SF former seminary for Crosier priests.  It had dormitory rooms, kitchen, gymnasium and offices. It was a home to many young men aspiring to become priests.  It was sold to Mille Lacs Area hospital for their expansion.

Stride Academy Facility -  This 72,000 facility was  built to suit and leased to Stride Academy under the terms of a 20 year lease, with rent escalators along the way.  The lease contained a “right of first refusal”.  We had several buyers interested in buying the facility and retaining Stride as a tenant.  After extensive negotiations Stride exercised their right of first refusal and purchased the facility. 

Discovery Church - This was the sale of an existing church along with over 6 acres of commercial property on Highway 23 east.  The property was purchased by Kwik Trip and redeveloped as a convenience store. 

Paynesville Convenience Store - This was the sale of a high volume Shell convenience store and A & W business.  It was purchased by Casey’s and rebranded.  

Homewood Suites | Hampton Inn & Suites - Sale of 14 residential properties along Highway 15 which required rezoning and was redeveloped into two large hotel facilities.
