Scott is a second-generation commercial Broker; his father Michael Schmitt was the Principal Broker/Owner of Orion Commercial Real Estate, founded in 1971.

Over the past 18 years Mr. Schmitt has completed hundreds of transactions on behalf of Seller and Buyer clients. Scott recently brokered the $9.1 Million sale of two NNN leased fitness centers, which was awarded by MNCAR as “Transaction of the Year” in the Saint Cloud/Greater MN Market.
